Any subscription can be cancelled by simply emailing us at help@journeycare.team to notify us of your intent.
If you need to change your credit card, or wish to cancel the subscription yourself, you can do so through our Stripe billing portal. You can access by clicking here.
Simply enter the email address that your billing is under and Stripe will send you a magic link via email that grants you access.
Once you've gotten into the portal, click "Add Payment Method" if you need to change your credit card. Click "Cancel Plan" if you want to cancel your JourneyCARE subscription completely.
