Basics / Changing an Email That's Already Scheduled

Eeeeek!  You've already hit send you and you notice a problem.  Maybe it's a spelling error or a broken link you need to edit... but the message is already sending.

In *some* cases, you can stop the send and edit it.

The email needs to be a Scheduled Type or RSS Type before the next execution date. 

Step 1: 

  • Click on the pencil icon next to the campaign

Step 2: 

  • You will be able to make changes to the details of the email like changing the elements or words
  • Once the changes are made, save the edits

Step 3:

  • Select the Send or Schedule button to reschedule or change email recipients
