Sometimes you may not need to send a "fancy" email... you simply want to dash off a quick note to a single contact or maybe to a few people like your board members.

In these cases, you don't have to create your emails in the Email Builder. Instead, you can send messages from the Conversations area, from a Contact's record, or from the Smart List view.
