To process a refund in JourneyCARE, go to Payments --> Transactions.
Search for the transaction that you need to refund. When you find it, click the 3 little dots on the right side. One of the options in the dropdown is Refund.
When that refund window pops up, it shows the full amount of the transaction by default, but you can change that to any amount you wish to refund and also make a note about why the refund was issued.
After you push the Refund button at the bottom right of the window, the refund will show up on the transaction, along with your note. You should also see that the refund has processed in your Stripe account.
