Your organization's JourneyCARE account comes with a small monthly credit for phone calls and texts. If you exceed this designated amount, you will be invoiced for the overage. Contact us at help@journeycare.app for details.
Incoming phone calls will be routed to the phone number you have in the system AKA your forwarding number. The call will come directly to this number just like any other phone call.
Your forwarding number can be either a Cell Phone or a Landline.
To test how this works we recommend getting a friend or family member to call your CRM number.
