With the Social Planner you're able to post on your different social media platforms such as Facebook (Pages and Groups), Instagram, Google My Business, LinkedIn or Twitter.
Creating, posting or scheduling your social media posts, events or offers is extremely simple from your Social Planner.
Navigate To "Marketing"
On your main menu, click on "Marketing".
Connect Your Social Media Accounts
In order to use the Social Media Planner, first you must set up the different platforms which are available.
If you click the icons for Facebook, Instagram, and Google you will have a window pop up which will assist you in setting up those services.
PRO TIP: Be sure to set up at least two of the three and preferably all three to get the best coverage.
Please note: You can only connect business profiles to the CRM.
Account List
Once you connect your social media accounts, click on this dropdown to see your account list.
Social Planner Dashboard
This will be the summary of the recent activity from the accounts you have connected and the post you have created using the system.
Posts
Keep track of your recent, scheduled and drafted posts.
Open Planner
Click on "Open Planner" to see your weekly and monthly schedule for your posts.
Navigate To Previous & Future Posts
Once the calendar opens, you can click on the arrows to move to past and future posts.
Create a New Post
Click on "+ New Post" to access the post editor and start creating your social media posts.
Settings
Click on the settings icon to access the settings for your social planner.
Add More Accounts To Social Planner
You can have more than 1 social media account connected to the CRM.
Click on "+Connect a new (platform name) account/profile", and a pop-up window will open to assist you in setting up those services.
Remove Connected Accounts
Click on the trash can "BIN" icon to remove any account that has been previously connected.
Reconnect Expired Connections
If you have an expired connection, the system will ask you to reconnect.
Click on the highlighted icon to reconnect your account.
